As a student, athlete, coach, and guinea pig, I’ve put in lots of time and energy into learning about the research, the foods, the psychological tactics, the supplements, the training techniques, the mindset shifts, etc.

Truthfully, any trainer out there can get someone tired. It’s not hard to do. Actually, just chase a 7-year old around for 15 minutes. Fact is, you can get tired doing a lot of other things. I’m here to go beyond that and create transformation…

Each workout is your workout. Every time you step foot in a gym, you will know exactly what to do and how to do it with specific training protocols programmed for you. Regarding nutrition, I will educate you on how to make food choices, how to prepare meals the best way, and how to track your calories properly so you’re not guessing as to how much food to eat.

Ostensibly, your goal is simple. You want to either gain muscle or lose fat (or do both at the same time). But my goal for you is so much more than that.

Here’s What’s Included In The 10-week transformation program

TF Semi-Private Training Sessions

Morning and evening training sessions with flexibility to fit your busy schedule. Your individualized program is written based off your goals, fitness levels, and training history.

Modules focusing on nutrition, cooking, psychology of fat loss, etc.

There will be a module released every couple weeks focusing on a different aspect of losing fat. More on this below.

Nutrition Guide & Challenge Meal Planning Template

One of the most important factors in our member’s success is nutrition. The focus with my nutrition program is to build a foundation for long-term, sustainable health without gimmicks or quick fixes. Recipes, plans and more are all provided for you. This program is going to help you hone in on exactly how much food you should be eating, as well as what kinds of food.

Regular Body Composition Testing

Body composition testing will be done via an Intellimetrix Ultrasound device at the beginning, middle and end of the Challenge. (Read more about its efficacy here.) This device is state-of-the-art and will let us know exactly how much fat you’ve lost.

TF members have the motivation to keep up their new habits through the support of our like-minded community in-person and online.

Coaching 100% Invested in Your Success

Coaching will be available to you through weekly webinars, email, phone and in-person throughout the challenge. I’m on an endless pursuit of getting better, through education and personal development, and am available 24/7 to help you through any obstacles or plateaus.

Q: When is this program?

We officially begin on Tuesday, February 18th and end on Friday, May 8th. You will need to come in for starting measurements and photos on Monday, Feb. 17th, and post-measurements and photos on Saturday, May 9th.

Q: What is the registration fee?

$499 USD for the 10-week Transformation Program*.

*You must have an active membership to Kakaako Fitness to be part of this program; fees range from $0-45/month, depending on your health insurance and plan chosen.

Q: Who is this program for?

This program is for busy folks need a boost of motivation and coaching to lose body fat. This is also for you if you haven’t been part of Transformations Fitness for awhile. Join the program if you’re tired of the way you look and feel. If you are nervous about starting (especially if you haven’t worked out in a long time), I will encourage you to sign up. I write all the training programs for each individual; I won’t ask you to do anything that you won’t be able to handle.

Q: What if I haven’t exercised in years and I’m out of shape?

You don’t have to be in shape to get in shape. This program is for all levels of fitness as long as you aren’t afraid of some hard work. You’ll get coached to pace yourself in every session, and exercises can be modified or changed completely, if needed.

I don’t follow the “no pain, no gain” mentality. I understand that your life does not revolve around your workouts and that some days you’ll feel better than others. The goal is not to beat you up with exercise, but to help you progress each workout. As you’ve heard, fitness is a lifestyle, not a quick fix. There’s no better time than now to reignite your mind and body with exercise, nutrition, activities and learning.

Q: What type of results should I expect?

Every body responds differently , although here are some common things that occur:

  • Weight loss of 5+ pounds
  • Dropping 1-2 pant sizes
  • Tighter stomach, thighs, and arms

Q: I don’t have a lot of weight to lose, can I still join the challenge?

You certainly can. You don’t have to have a lot of weight to lose to participate in this challenge. You may just need a jump start and can use the support of a challenge to break through a plateau or just have the extra guidance, accountability, and camaraderie at Transformations Fitness to get to your goals.

Q: What are the training sessions like?

My Semi-Private Training sessions are specifically designed to increase your mobility and flexibility, increase your movement range, build strength and increase your metabolism so you continue to burn fat all day long.

I create three monthly programs for you that incorporate up to four (4) workouts per week that will vary in movements, exercise modalities and body parts.

To paint a clearer picture, most sessions begin with a muscle activation warm-up to improve your flexiblity, mobility, and coordination. After the warm-up, you’ll go through some core training to tighten your stomach and maintain your posture. These exercises also prime your body for the strength training that follows. Strength training is done with a variety of implements that are chosen based off your initial consult to best serve your goals. This is meant to tone your muscles and strengthen your bones to keep you healthy. Sessions usually end with short-burst cardio training to condition your heart and lungs, improve your endurance and increase fat burning.

For all these movements, I have modifications and progressions for all levels of fitness. (You don’t have to be in shape to get in shape).

Q: When and where is this program available?

This program is available in Kakaako Fitness on 815 Waimanu Street, Honolulu, HI 96813. You can schedule training sessions anytime from 8AM – 12PM from Monday through Saturday. Evening sessions are available from 4 – 8PM Monday through Thursday.

Q: What if I don’t get results?

Here at Transformations Fitness, I want to put my money where my mouth is because it’s the right thing to do. With this program, I guarantee your results. If you show up to your sessions, follow the nutrition guide and recipes and you’re not happy with your results by the end of the forth week, I’ll give you every penny back. Simple as that.

Q: How often will I train?  What if I miss a session?

With this program, you have a custom training plan for up to four (4) workouts/week. Two of those workouts each week will be coached by a certified coach.

If you miss a session, you may make it up at another day or time within the twelve (12) weeks. Contact me and let me know when you plan on making up the session.

Q: What happens after the program?

If you find the program to be a good fit for your goals and would like to continue training with us after the program, I will have membership options available for you. My most successful clients train here year-round.
