One of the most important factors in our member’s success is nutrition. The focus with my nutrition program is to build a foundation for long-term, sustainable health without gimmicks or quick fixes. Recipes, plans, perfect portion size containers and more are all provided for you.

Regular Body Composition Testing

Q: When is the challenge?

We officially begin on Sunday, July 15th and end on Saturday, Sept 15th. You will need to come in for starting measurements and photos during the first week of the Challenge and post-measurements and photos on Friday/Sat, Sept 14/15th.

Q: What is the registration fee?

$399 in US legal tender. Your investment is refunded in half if you and your partner collectively lose ≥ 10% body fat (from your initial body fat measurement) during the 9 weeks of the challenge.  All I ask in exchange is that I can share your amazing results.

Q: Who is this challenge for?

This program is for busy folks need a boost of motivation and coaching to lose body fat. This is also for you if you haven’t been part of Transformations Fitness for awhile. Join the Challenge if you’re tired of the way they look and feel. If you are nervous about starting (especially if you haven’t worked out in a long time), I will encourage you to sign up. I write all the training programs for each individual; I won’t ask you to do anything that you won’t be able to handle.

Q: What if I haven’t exercised in years and I’m out of shape?

You don’t have to be in shape to get in shape. This program is for all levels of fitness as long as you aren’t afraid of some hard work. You’ll get coached to pace yourself in every session, and exercises can be modified or changed completely, if needed.

I don’t follow the “no pain, no gain” mentality. I understand that your life does not revolve around your workouts and that some days you’ll feel better than others. The goal  is not to beat you up with exercise, but to help you progress each workout. As you’ve heard, fitness is a lifestyle, not a quick fix. There’s no better time than now to reignite your mind and body with exercise, nutrition, activities and learning.

Q: What type of results should I expect?

Every body responds differently , although here are some common things that I hear:

  • Weight loss of 5+ pounds
  • Dropping 1-2 pant sizes
  • Tighter stomach, thighs, and arms

Q: I don’t have a lot of weight to lose, can I still join the challenge?

You certainly can. You don’t have to have a lot of weight to lose to participate in this challenge. You may just need a jump start and can use the support of a challenge to break through a plateau or just have the extra guidance, accountability, and camaraderie at Transformations Fitness to get to your goals.

Q: What are the training sessions like?

My Semi-Private Training sessions are specifically designed to increase your mobility and flexibility, increase your movement range, build strength and increase your metabolism so you continue to burn fat all day long.
I will custom design two monthly programs for you that will incorporate up to five (5) workouts per week that will vary in movements, exercise modalities and body parts. This will all be based off an initial phone or in-person consultation that will consider your strengths, weaknesses and goals.

To paint a clearer picture, most sessions begin with a muscle activation warm-up to improve your flexiblity, mobility, and coordination. After the warm-up, you’ll go through some core training to tighten your stomach and maintain your posture. These exercises also prime your body for the strength training that follows. Strength training is done with a variety of implements that are chosen based off your initial consult to best serve your goals. This is meant to tone your muscles and strengthen your bones to keep you healthy. Sessions usually end with short-burst cardio training to condition your heart and lungs, improve your endurance and increase fat burning.

For all these movements, I have modifications and progressions for all levels of
fitness. (You don’t have to be in shape to get in shape.)

Q: When and where is this program available?

This program is available in Kakaako Fitness on 815 Waimanu Street, Honolulu, HI 96813. You can schedule training sessions with Tony anytime from 8am – 12pm from Monday through Saturday. Evening sessions are available from 4pm – 8pm Monday through Thursday.

Q: What if I don’t get results?

Here at Transformations Fitness, I want to put my money where my mouth is because it’s the right thing to do. I guarantee all my products and services.

With this Partner Challenge, I guarantee your results. If you show up to your sessions, follow the nutrition guide and recipes and you’re not happy with your results by the end of the third week, I’ll give you EVERY PENNY BACK. Simple as that.

Also, if you and your partner collectively drop ten percent (from your initial body fat percentage) during the Challenge, I will happily refund half your registration fee.

Q: How often will I train?  What if I miss a session?

With this program, you have a custom training plan for up to five (5) workouts/week. Two of those workouts each week will be coached by Tony.

If you miss a session, you may make it up at another day or time within the nine (9) weeks. Contact me and let me know when you plan on making up the session.

Q: What happens after the program?

If you find the program to be a good fit for your goals and would like to continue training
with us after the 9-week challenge, I will have membership options available for you. My most successful clients train here year-round.
