Our safety guidelines:

Everyone deserves a safe environment to focus on their health and well-being. As you may know, having a strong, healthy immune system is one of the best defenses to the coronavirus. Here are some of the things we all need to keep in mind while training at the gym:

COVID-19 protocol

Sign in

To aid in contact tracing, everyone entering the facility to train will have to sign-in and go through a quick COVID-19 questionnaire and temperature screen.

Sanitize

After using equipment, its all our responsibility to make sure it’s cleaned and put away. There is also a professional cleaner that comes in daily to sanitize the whole facility/equipment.

Face Masks

As uncomfortable as it may be, we all have to wear a face mask/shield throughout the training session.

Physical distance

The facility is spacious where we can ensure at least 6 feet between everyone. We also have an outdoor training area that we’ll be using for all training sessions (in accordance with the latest Honolulu mandate).
