I’ve been in this field for more than ten years now and it’s a privilege to continue doing this. I’ve gotten the degrees (B.S. and M.S. in Exercise Science), been published in research journals and books and have worked with hundreds of people. Ultimately, I got into fitness because life showed me early on what happens when loved ones don’t make health a priority. I’m here to create a difference in the way people move, eat, think and live.
