Coach, Author, Coffee Enthusiast, Motorcyclist and Superhero.

I’ve been in this field for more than ten years now and it’s a privilege to continue doing this. I’ve gotten the degrees (B.S. and M.S. in Exercise Science), been published in research journals and books and have worked with hundreds of people. Ultimately, I got into fitness because life showed me early on what happens when loved ones don’t take care of their health. I’m here to create a difference in the way people move, eat, think and live. That being said, let’s get started!

Our coaching programs are based out of Kakaako Fitness (815 Waimanu Street, Honolulu, HI).

Parking is located in a small lot in front of the entrance to the gym, alongside the right side of Waimanu Street (side closest to BMW) and in a small lot behind Budnamujip restaurant. Parking is indicated with the green boxes on the map below:
